FAQs
Straight answers to the questions every Melbourne homeowner asks.
How much does a bathroom or kitchen renovation cost in Melbourne?
Most Melbourne bathroom renovations sit between $18,000 and $35,000. Kitchens typically range from $25,000 to $60,000 depending on size, layout changes, and finishes. We provide a fixed-price written quote after a free on-site visit — so you know the real number before committing.
How long will my renovation take?
A standard bathroom is 3–4 weeks from demo to handover. A standard kitchen is 4–6 weeks. Larger jobs or layout changes add time, but we'll give you a clear week-by-week schedule before we start.
Do you handle plumbing, electrical, tiling, and waterproofing?
Yes. We're a full-service renovator — licensed builders, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and cabinet makers all under one roof. You don't need to coordinate separate trades.
Can I live in the house during the renovation?
In most cases, yes. We isolate the work zone with dust barriers, keep the rest of your home clean, and pack up the site at the end of each day. For full-home renovations we'll discuss the best approach.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Victorian builder's licence, full public liability insurance, and workmanship insurance. We're happy to provide documentation before you sign.
What suburbs do you service?
All of Melbourne — inner city, eastern, western, southern, and northern suburbs. If you're inside the metro area, we'll be there.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. All our work comes with a 7-year structural workmanship warranty, plus all manufacturer warranties on fixtures and appliances.
